Message	he's got a vendor out of Canada listed that looks like they can sell you a kit @ a similar price point however I can't speak to what exactly they are selling or who rebases their bulbs. The kits I put together used Philips bulbs sourced from Trevor of Visual Dynamics which I have personally been using in my cars for over 3 years w. out issue so I was sure of their quality. About the Philips ballasts that I used - they have a longer then typical lenght wire between the box and the plug to allow for more options on install and flexability if you wanted to mount the boxes under the bumper for example. I also adjusted the "tab" on socket where the stock harness plugs into for a more secure fit.
